These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.indulgebyaarvi.com and our services, including purchases made through Instagram, WhatsApp, or other digital channels operated by us.
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from INDULGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and Services

We are an eCommerce brand specializing in sugar-free, gluten-free desserts crafted for conscious indulgence.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information. However, natural variations in handmade or small-batch products may occur, and we do not guarantee that your monitor or device will display product colors accurately.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made securely through Razorpay, Paytm, Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • INDULGE reserves the right to change prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order on our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

  • Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount deducted will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship pan-India through trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, but most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days.

  • Delays due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and INDULGE shall not be held liable for such delays.

  • Once the product is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is delivered.

  • Refunds are provided only in cases where the product is:

    • Damaged during transit, or

    • Incorrect (wrong product sent).

  • Such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs to indulgebyaarvi@gmail.com.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a refund or replacement as applicable.

  • Order cancellations are not allowed once confirmed and paid for.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to images, product descriptions, recipes, trademarks, logos, and brand assets—is the exclusive property of INDULGE by AARVI. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

We value your privacy.
When you share your name, email address, or mobile number with us, it is used solely for:

  • Order fulfillment and customer support.

  • Sending updates, newsletters, and promotional content (with your consent).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing and delivery services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INDULGE by AARVI. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDULGE by AARVI , its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
