Shipping

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delivery delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at indulgebyaarvi@gmail.com with your order ID and photos of the package. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is delivered.

Refunds are issued only in verified cases of damage, spoilage, or wrong product sent.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid for.
