"Because you deserve to have dessert every day — Not just on cheat days. Not just on birthdays. Every. Damn. Day."

"I was the girl with chocolate wrappers hidden in every drawer."
A sweet tooth to the core, dessert was never just a treat — it was my joy, my love language, my identity.

But at 24, everything changed. I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes — something I thought happened decades later, not in my twenties.
I still remember crying in front of my father, asking,

‘Why me? I’m just 24.’

That day, it wasn’t just sugar I lost — I lost a piece of myself.
No post-meal sweetness. No trips to the dessert counter at weddings. Just fear, restrictions, and the echo of “I can’t have that.”

But I couldn’t accept that joy had to come with a price tag.
So I started creating. First, a dry fruit laddoo made with dates — and with it, a flicker of hope. One bite at a time, the joy came back.

And here’s the part that changed everything: not only did I get my joy back, but I also managed my health and even reversed diabetes — while still enjoying dessert every single day.

Friends were shocked. Family was skeptical. Some couldn’t believe it was sugar-free.

And that’s when I knew — this wasn’t just about me anymore.

This is for everyone.

Everyone who’s ever been told “don’t eat that.”
Everyone who skipped dessert to stay on track.
Everyone with a condition, a craving, or a choice.

Love Letters began with a simple truth:
